Publication: PLM (Pace Literary Magazine) College Literary Magazine of Pace University, Pleasantville, New York Highlights: • Pat’s poem “A Further Adventure of Sir Gawain” was awarded the PLM first prize for poetry, Fall, 1983 • Pat’s poem “Joel” was awarded PLM second prize for poetry, Fall, 1984 • Pat’s short story “Thieves” (PLM Fall, 1985) was awarded a silver medal certificate by the Columbia Scholastic Press Association • Pat served as Editor in Chief of PLM for 1985-1986; his staff produced the first issue to feature a 4 color cover, & the largest issue of the magazine to that time.
